The liquid eyeliner is fast drying, waterproof, long wearing, and no smudging. The specially designed fine tipped brush allows for better control and more precise application. You may use the pencil and liner separately or use them together for a totally chic look. Use the pencil for the eye line first, then finish with the liquid brush along your lash line.
Step 1: Apply the pencil liner beginning at the inner corner of the eye and move toward the outer corner.
