Return Policy:
All items included in our clearance sale are being sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged. All of our phones and receivers are brand new. They were never activated or used.
All other items can be returned or exchanged under the following terms:
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Please note that a 25% restocking fee of merchandise value is applicable to ALL RETURNS. No return will be accepted after 14 days of receiving the shipment.
2. A Return Merchandise Application (RMA) number must accompany any merchandise returned. Mark the RMA number on the invoice and outside the box. Any merchandise returned without the RMA number will not be accepted. Please email us for an RMA number at goodguyproducts(at)gmail.com
3. Merchandise must be in original condition with all original packaging, components, instructions and warranty materials.
4. Please expect a refund, minus 25% restocking fee, to be processed within 3 days of product reception.
Shipping:
We ship all of our items through UPS Ground. Shipping costs are fixed to all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Surcharges are added to all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. We’re not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit. If you don’t receive your item or receive a damaged item please contact UPS. Tracking numbers are emailed by Paypal or Google Checkout as soon as they become available. We only ship within the United States. Items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. No shipping on weekends or holidays. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
