We have several hundred overstock items that need to be moved immediately for warehouse space.

Are the phones/receivers used or broken?
No. All of our phones and receivers are brand new. We do have some receivers that were refurbished by Dish Network, but they were never activated and are guaranteed to be operational.

When will my item ship?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent through either Google Checkout or Paypal. If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 business days please contact us.

Why does the UPS website show my tracking number as invalid?
It may take a few hours for the UPS website to update the status of your tracking number. Please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking number to become active.

Can I return or exchange my item?
All of our items are sold as is. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
